Three Rivers HR (formerly KHCB Advisors Limited established in 2006) is a seamless, borderless global human resource consulting organization that integrates information technology and research. The organization specializes in Global Executive Search, Organizational Development (OD) and, HR Research integrated with IT Consulting. Three Rivers HR is fully owned and operated by distinguished human resource professionals and other experts who bring onboard exceptional experience drawn from diverse industries and sectors with successful international organizations.

Corporate Code of Conduct (CoC)

Our Corporate Code of Conduct encapsulates our commitment to acting responsibly, backed by individual integrity and professional conduct. It outlines our expectations for behavior to all consultants and others working on our behalf, and serves as a bridge between our purpose, our values, and our global processes and policies. It is intended to foster integrity and inform decision making while aligning our actions with expected standards of professional conduct.

We periodically review and if needed update the Code of Conduct to reflect developments in corporate ethics and compliance.
