Our Team

Our Human Resource consulting experts bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. We work in a unique collaborative model across various types of development organizations, Ngo’s, private sector companies, government entities and more. At Three Rivers HR, we bring together the right people to conquer complexity, drive material change, and initiate positive, long-term impact.

Our leadership structure constitutes of the Strategy Advisory Board, International Board of Directors, Leadership Team and Operations Team.

Three Rivers HR Board of Directors ensures the organization’s prosperity by collectively directing the organization’s affairs while meeting the appropriate interests of its shareholders and relevant stakeholders.

Our Board specifically focuses on establishing organizational vision, mission and core values, setting strategy and structure, delegating to the leadership team, exercising accountability to shareholders and being responsible to relevant statutory and other stakeholders.

At Three Rivers HR the Leadership Team has a unique role because, in addition to each team member having responsibility for their respective team’s success, they have a more corporate set of shared responsibilities to ensure the organization’s success.
Successfully fulfilling the following 4 key responsibilities allows our Leadership Team to evolve, scale, grow and maintain the organization during the good, and challenging times:

1) Providing strategic direction while committed to servant-based leadership principles.
2) Leading by example
3) Living the core values of the organization
4) Change agents
5) Proactive problem-solving

At Three Rivers HR our most important people are in the frontline of serving our clients. The Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of consulting services and meeting our client’s satisfaction.
